Tasting Note:
Disgorged in October 2020 with two grams per liter dosage, the 2015 Extra-Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Verzy L'angélique Special Club unwinds in the glass with a youthfully reserved bouquet of ripe citrus, white currants and crisp stone fruit. Medium to full-bodied, deep and layered, it's a rich and seamless wine that's still rather aromatically shy out of the gates, but it has already unwound quite a bit in the last six months on the palate.

The winery owns 8 hectares of 60 parcels in Grand Cru in Verzy. They produces 60,000 bottles using biodynamic viticultures
