Tasting Note: 
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, maceration for 21 days, maloactic fermentation in used French tonneaux and oak of barrique size. Aging 29 months and then transferred to stainless steel before bottling and refinement in the bottle for at least 3 months before release, no filtration and clarification. Powerful, complex, yet elegant, smooth tannins with herbal and earthy notes on the nose, ripe fruit with good balanced acidity, long aftertaste, garnet red color.
Vinification: 
In 2006 Riikka started to produce her own wines from 1.8 hectares. Only 4,500 bottles were produced annually with Biodynamic Viticulkture
