Langhe Nebbiolo Doc 2018

Region:
Grape Variety:
100% Nebbiolo
Tasting Note:
His personal project, which began in 2013, has been consolidating in recent years: he buys Nebbiolo grapes from a Roero farmer and transforms them into wine - a single wine, denominated Langhe Nebbiolo - putting into practice what he has learned so far. It goes without saying that the quantities produced are confidential; on the other hand it was less obvious that Davide's Nebbiolo was of such rarefied elegance and irresistible goodness, all played on the delicacy of the rose and the wild fruit with aromas, and on a solid texture, but in its own way light, on the palate. Even for Davide's young age, this will be a trajectory to be followed carefully, because we suspect that a star has been born in the Langa. The Langhe Nebbiolo Davide Pellizzari certainly does not take long to show the stuff it is made of. Vinified in steel, partly in whole bunches, and aged for 12 months in wood, it is a Nebbiolo that skilfully combines elegance and structure. Masterfully balanced, it satisfies today and will give great satisfaction even in a few years.
Vinification:
Davide Pellizzari does exactly this with wine, precisely his passion. His personal project, which began in 2013, has been consolidating in recent years: he buys Nebbiolo grapes from a Roero farmer and transforms them into wine - a single wine, denominated Langhe Nebbiolo - putting into practice what he has learned so far. It goes without saying that the quantities produced are confidential.
