A textbook Sauvignon blanc, perfect, with those fruity notes and those vanished scents of Campus type dandruff shampoo, typical of not too late harvests and of oxidation processes but not unripe with predominant varietal notes.Intense hints of minerals and citrus fruits that recall the cedar. In the mouth it is expressed with intensity and amplitude, wrapping the whole mouth in an interminable pulpy and savory sip.
