Tasting Note: 
Ambonnay, such a prestigious Grand Cru de Champagne. This Champagne comes exclusively from the vineyard of Eric Rodez, planted on the famous Grand Cru d'Ambonnay, one of the 17 villages classified Grand Cru at the top of the qualitative hierarchy of Champagnes. The cuvée is made from a piece of vines, called "la pierre aux larrons" it is therefore a plot Champagne. The dress is shiny gold. The nose and the tasting on the palate reveal fragrances of white flowers such as acacia, with hints of citrus fruits such as lemon from Menton, lychee or bergamot from southern Italy.
Vinification: 
6.12 Hectares and produces beautiful 48,000 bottles of Fine Champagne annually, using Biodynamic Viticultures.
