In 2012 he launched his 7 Lieux range, comprising 7 wines made from plots in the family's winery, 7ème is made without the addition of any sulfites. Like the other wines, fermentation happens spontaneously with indigineous yeasts. It's not filtered or fined and is slightly cloudy. Fermented and aged in an Austrian oak, Stockinger barrel.

The Domaine is holding 11 hectares with the average of 30 years old vine and using Biodynamic Viticultures.
