A profound, complex nose, with notes of blueberry jam and plums... Palate: this is velvety juice, intense, with beautiful body balanced by its acidity, and a long finish. "Its great richness fills our sensory world entirely, while remaining fluid and easy to drink. 85% Barbera, 10% Dolcetto and 5% Ancellotta, 25-year-old vines grown on clay soils. Vinification: 2 months of maceration, matured in vats and casks for 4 years. No sulphites added.
