Tasting Note:
The aromatic spectrum highlights cleanliness and finesse. Very clear and fragrant are the notes of fruit, species of unripe green apple and citrus, accompanied by fresh vegetal hints. The agile and immediate gustatory development is essential and dry. Bright silver. Very inviting aromas of acacia blossom, fresh meadow grass, hints of peach and crisp pear. On the palate, compact, well-developed fruit and a fine, airy mousse, very approachable and juicy with a high drinking flow.
Vinification:
The family owns 50 hectares and produces nearly 2 millions bottles of Prosecco using Organic Viticulture.
